The practice of light needling is divided into four steps. After practicing luck and fingering on the acupuncture pillow, start to practice light needling, which is as light as if there is something or not. Start acupuncture on the water surface, the so-called four-step "acupuncture on the water surface":
  1. Lightly pierce the bottle cap: use a plastic bottle cap, the size of which is equal to the chess piece. Put it in a water bowl with the edge of the bottle cap underneath, like a bottle cap. After stabilizing in the water, lightly pierce the cap with a needle. This is more difficult to practice than a chess piece. With a little harder, the cap flips and sinks to the bottom of the water. Only when acupuncture moves slightly and the position does not change, it is considered as passing, and then it enters the third stage.
  2. Lightly stabbing a chess piece: use a chess piece with a diameter of 5cm and a thickness of 2cm. Put it in a bowl of water and let it stand still. To practice acupuncture on water surface, hold the needle in one hand, and then practice the left hand after the right hand is finished. The needle body should be straight, the penetration should be light, and the needle point should be slightly heavier than the side of the chess piece, with only a slight amount of weight.
  3. Light thorn fruits: Although fruits are heavier than sponges, they are difficult to stabilize in water. The needle point is like a dragonfly, and it lifts as soon as the thorn, so that the fruit does not move in the water. This is a difficult skill. One is not allowed to break the skin, a little heavier, the needle tip will pierce the fruit skin; second, the fruit is not allowed to shift.
  4. Lightly pierced sponge: The lighter the foam plastic is, the easier it is to float with acupuncture. The tip of the needle touches the sponge, and the sponge stays stable. Of course, it must tremble slightly. This also requires a certain amount of effort.
  It is necessary to practice piercing chess pieces, bottle caps, and sponges step by step. The prickly fruit does not shift in the water, and the effort of light prickling is considered to be mature. There are no shortcuts, no tricks, only patience in the process of practicing light needling. All kinds of skills in the world are derived from hard practice.
